We were passing through East Texas and had a major rock-chip happen on our bus. These windshields AREN’T cheap so I found Personal Touch AutoGlass and headed straight to them. Dave got us in and out within the hour and did an absolute amazing job saving the windshield. I can’t thank them enough! Literally the most HONEST, PROFESSIONAL, and NICEST people. Wish more places were like them! I would 10000000% recommend them to anyone and save yourself the headache of going through any other companies.

Excellent communication. Easy to schedule an appointment. Polite and helpful. I had a chip on my front windshield repaired and my headlights refinished. Fantastic job on the headlights, they look brand new. This is the second time I have used Personal Touch for my vehicles and they should be your go-to for auto glass and headlights as well.

I cannot say enough about the quality of work that I got from Personal Touch. They knocked it out of the park with our headlight restoration (saved over $800 vs headlight replacement!) and we're bringing them our Suburban for a windshield replacement next week. No more driving to Tyler for glass repair/replacement. It's rare to find such a high level of integrity in a business these days, and these guys don't disappoint. Exceeded expectation!

Had my windshield replaced and headlights restored by Personal Touch Auto Glass. Dave & Aida knocked it out of the park. Everything came out perfect, they got it done quick, and the price was more than fair. Super easy to work with, great communication, and just all-around good people. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone.
